  • This is my second order plus I have ordered one for my daughter who has gut issues and she has just started taking it. Will report back or rather ask her to review it once she has taken it for a little while. It has worked well for me. I am a 78 female and had a very bloated stomach which has reduced a great deal. I've suffering for many many long years, with bloating, IBS, sleep issues from a condition called POTs and my 6 year old daughter has suffered with stomach issues needing medications too from the doctor's but both of us using this have stop medicine and have had remarkable results....totally life changer!! Anyone suggesting it's a scan, your wrong. It's truly amazing!

  • I've been taking this for a while now, nearly finished my first packet. I don't know about the sleep, but it has certainly much improved my bowel movements, I have diverticular disease and it has helped me a lot. It took 3 to 4 weeks to settle my problems, but I'm so pleased by the results.

  • Highly recommend this product.I’m a chronic insomniac I’ve used this just the last three nights.I’ve gone from waking up at 3am & unable to get back to sleep that’s if I’d been lucky enough to actually sleep until 3am.To waking at 6am I’ve found if you do wake in the night it’s been easier to fall back to sleep.
